one memory

Several years ago, when Jackie worked at the Academy, our daughter Rachel was traveling overseas and her passport was lost or stolen.  We did not know hot to deal with the problem so that Rachel could continue her travels.  Jackie was clearly distraught when she ran into Zlata, who asked what was the matter.  When she found out, she gave Jackie the phone number of someone at the state department who takes care of emergency passport problems in hours.  That worked.  We were very grateful for the help.
